Known for bridging bold vision with practical execution, she brings deep expertise in high-impact strategy, systems thinking, and digital marketing across sectors.

Jessica has built and led high-performing teams, launched campaigns that have raised millions, and developed frameworks that align organizations around shared purpose. She founded Verdaro Collective to help values-aligned leaders bring bold ideas to life.

Jessica believes strategy should be accessible and adaptive—and that real impact happens when organizations lead with clarity and grow with purpose. Through Verdaro, she offers not just a plan, but the tools, coaching, and accountability to make strategy stick and scale.

Jessica is based in Philadelphia, where she resides with her partner and their two vivacious kiddos.
